At sprigg, we always planned for one aspect of our company to be about giving back and helping others in the community. It’s been crazy getting the shop open and running but our first Christmas will be our first steps in this space.

We’ve conceived our own sprigg reverse advent calendar and we’d love you, our customers, to get involved with it. We’ve got a growing social media following and are conveniently located in the city centre. We thought we’d make use of these and with your help, we’ll run 24 days of awesome donations to three great local charities. Read on to find out more.

ScottishAssociation for Mental Health

The staff are based just round the corner from us and are some of our most regular customers! Mental health is hugely influential on day to day lives. It can be devastatingly damaging, subtly invasive and everything in between. Let’s get them to their fundraising target!

Please donate directly to the SAMH’s Not So Secret Santa.

GlasgowSE Foodbank

Glasgow SE Foodbank initially helped 682 people in 2012/13 and by 2016/17 this was over 9000, 4000 of which were children!

Glasgow SE need: Tinned Ham, Christmas Pudding, Christmas Cake, Box of Biscuits, Children’s Selection Box, Box of Chocolates, Large Bar Chocolate (150/200g), Snacks & Nibbles e.g. peanuts, Christmas Crackers. Additional gifts: Men and women’s toiletries

TheCommunity & Beyond Toy Bank

Setup to deliver a special Christmas to children who would otherwise go without, the Toy Bank helped children throughout the West of Scotland last year. With child poverty rates continuing to increase they’re aiming to help 500 kids this year but want to surpass that. Let’s help them out!

Bring in new, unwrapped toys and we’ll get them over to the Toy Bank in Govan for you. Footballs and basketballs go down well with the kids but they are looking for any high quality toys children of all ages will enjoy.
